My path into psychotherapy was not a random choice, but a personal story. It began at the age of 12 with the same questions that may have brought you here: "How can I become more confident? How can I learn to value myself?" This desire to understand myself and others became my life's work.
Today, I help people find their own answers. My goal is not just to temporarily relieve anxiety, but to help you build your life on a new, solid foundation. Together, we find the root of your difficulties so you can create a new script based on inner strength, not on old fears.
My Approach & Experience
Our Work Together: The Schema Therapy Path
We often look at the world and ourselves through "glasses with distorting lenses" that we have been wearing unknowingly since childhood. Through them, we may see ourselves as not good enough and the world as unsafe. This prevents us from building healthy relationships, feeling confident, and enjoying life.
Our journey will consist of several clear steps:
First Meeting: Getting Acquainted and Defining Goals
At this stage, we will discuss your concerns and what is troubling you. You will understand how schema therapy can help in your specific situation and be able to ask any questions. Our main task is to create a shared vision of the desired changes.Diagnostics: Finding the Source of Difficulties
This will help identify your "emotional traps" (schemas)—the deep-seated beliefs that cause you to fall into the same patterns. You will see a clear connection between your past and your present.Creating a Roadmap: Discussing Strategy and Timeline
We will create a clear plan for our work together. You will understand what we will be working on and what steps will lead to your goals.Deep Work: Creating a New Experience
Together, we will not just analyze the past, but actively work to create a new, healing experience for your inner child.Want a deeper dive into how it all works? Read the full article on Schema Therapy here.
I have 13 years of continuous practice in psychotherapy. In my work, I combine two powerful approaches: the depth and sensitivity of Gestalt therapy with the structure and clarity of Schema therapy.
